Check "Hunting Hitler".
They go into a lot of secret documents, and go to each place mentioned in the documents to look for evidence and talk with witnesses.

What they list.
Hitler escaped some days before the fall of Berlin by special airplane, probably via Denmark.
Then landed in Spain, which was a Fascist/neutral country at that time.
Then used an U-boat to cross the ocean, from Canary islands, probably to Argentina.
And in Argentina stayed at some different resorts, until he had to move elsewhere.

He tried to develop dirty nuclear bombs and chemical and biological weapons.
The researcher also found some evidence for dirty bombs being used in Russia in WW2.
