People knew about the virus even before January. Kinda impressive actually, they're the ones that were stocked up on toliet paper, water, and cleaning supplies already. Some of them made big $$$ shorting stocks.

My wife works in health care and we were a little ahead of the curve, she knew to stock our freezer with meat (meat prices are still crazy now), and we took the family bowling and to the movies before they shut down. But we were barely ahead of it, water & tp were already gone. Luckily since she's essential we got preferential access to scarce commodities. And don't be mad about that, you really don't want your health care professionals unable to wipe their ass before they see you.

You are creating false memories. They had not even announced a name for it in January.

Ok, it was named in February, not January. That still means the timing of that sub being created isn't particularly suspicious.

In January 2020, the World Health Organization recommended 2019-nCov[326] and 2019-nCoV acute respiratory disease[327] as interim names for the virus and disease per 2015 guidance and international guidelines against using geographical locations (e.g. Wuhan, China), animal species, or groups of people in disease and virus names in part to prevent social stigma.[328][329][330]

The official names COVID-19 and SARS-CoV-2 were issued by the WHO on 11 February 2020.[331] WHO chief Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus explained: CO for corona, VI for virus, D for disease and 19 for when the outbreak was first identified (31 December 2019).src

The dude works retail in Maine, he's not some master conspirator.

Oh yeah because in your world conspirators have a secret agent conspirator membership card in their post history right? A CIA badge? A 007 License? LoL...

It's funny you say that because my parent's neighbor works for the CIA. Late 30s white dude is covered in tats and had a sign outside his house that says Wutang Clan is Forever. Not the kind of guy you'd expect to work for the CIA.

Regardless, what he doesn't do, I'm fairly certain, is write about his retail job in Maine online.
