The whole Argentinian method of rearing beef is a disaster for the environment. However how they could get out of that without a severe hit to their economy no one knows. Unlike other countries which could get rid of monsanto products with a minor loss and a big more work in the fields needed Argentina is stuck if they want to maintain their current lifestyle.
