The ubiquity of alcohol is definitely not one of the greatest problems in society. Please consider obesity, poor health from eating so many processed foods, nihilism, Cultural Marxism, prescription drugs and replacing God with money

All of those are some of the greatest problems in society, including alcohol. It seems that, perhaps, my bar is a bit higher than yours.

It is ok if you have a history of alcohol abuse I am glad you have overcome your addiction but not everyone suffers from the same demons and it effects people differently. You cannot have one drink, and some people cannot have only one cheeseburger.

I don't know why you jumped to such a conclusion, but I've never consumed an alcoholic beverage — or anything imbued with such — in my entire life. The largest quantity of alcohol I have ever consumed is that naturally present in bread and grapes, though I don't make a habit of eating these foods, and wasn't even aware of their qualities until recently.

Your tone is similar to someone in recovery but it turns out you are a teetotaler and I commend your abstinence. With certainty I tell you society will not collapse because of alcohol, unless the society is an Indigenous one without historical contact with alcohol.

Yes, I'm a Teetotaler. My tone, perhaps, wasn't great, but that's always been a problem for me.

While society may not collapse outright due to alcohol, it shall definitely degenerate.
