I completely disagree with your reasoning because alcohol is so ubiquitous it can be sold in liquor stores, grocery stores, convenience stores

Just because something is wide-spread doesn't make it good. The reason alcohol is ubiquitous is precisely because it is economically advantageous to the ruling classes — to the elite who parasitically exploit the Workers, Consumers, and small business owners.

The ubiquity of alcohol is one of the greatest problems with our society — and a symbol of our oppression! It enslaves the free, degenerates the righteous, and rewards the manipulative. Alcohol is sold by merchants of death who reap great profits from the downfalls and deaths of the innocent.

Also do most crackheads or heroin junkies or methamphetamine addicts start as alcoholics?

The fact that alcohol is the gateway drug does not demand that a majority of drug users start-out with alcohol, but merely that alcohol leads to the use of more potent and harmful substances.

his situation is atypical of a person who walks into a bar.

Yes, most people who go to bars are fine and good people without any major problems, however the possibility of them developing a problem is quite high. Merely entering a bar for the purpose of procuring alcohol is a symbol of an underlying issue — a problem which must be solved.

The ubiquity of alcohol is definitely not one of the greatest problems in society. Please consider obesity, poor health from eating so many processed foods, nihilism, Cultural Marxism, prescription drugs and replacing God with money

All of those are some of the greatest problems in society, including alcohol. It seems that, perhaps, my bar is a bit higher than yours.

It is ok if you have a history of alcohol abuse I am glad you have overcome your addiction but not everyone suffers from the same demons and it effects people differently. You cannot have one drink, and some people cannot have only one cheeseburger.

I don't know why you jumped to such a conclusion, but I've never consumed an alcoholic beverage — or anything imbued with such — in my entire life. The largest quantity of alcohol I have ever consumed is that naturally present in bread and grapes, though I don't make a habit of eating these foods, and wasn't even aware of their qualities until recently.

Your tone is similar to someone in recovery but it turns out you are a teetotaler and I commend your abstinence. With certainty I tell you society will not collapse because of alcohol, unless the society is an Indigenous one without historical contact with alcohol.

Yes, I'm a Teetotaler. My tone, perhaps, wasn't great, but that's always been a problem for me.

While society may not collapse outright due to alcohol, it shall definitely degenerate.
