China didn't want to side with the USA on pretty much anything at all, yet they can't side with Lybian direct democracy either.

China agreed to manufacture shit with a strange economy permitting the US to go into debt.

The USA never needed China in order to get into debt.

Yes and no. The ruling class would have orchestrated debt slavery anyway and they would have shipped the factories and jobs overseas too. But China has been way more than accommodating to the US for far too long and way too deep to not be doing it on purpose. Until recently China has had little to no say in the excessive debts taken on by the USA - and to some degree the still don't with a military dwarfed by comparison. But that will all change dramatically, just as happened to Russia in the 1990s, except the USA still has their military and international ruling class in place.
