What sort of grown man plays video games? Is it a hobby? It’s part of emasculating men in society, or Peter Pan syndrome

I'm 40 and I like the occasional video game. I don't see how it's emasculating or clinging to childlike behavior, they're just fun.

It happens to be fun for 5yr olds too so you should separate yourself from children’s games unless you have children of course

Most children don't develop the hand eye coordination necessary to play games until around age 8, and they won't be good until they're pre-teens. A person only has so long to play competitively, those reflexes don't last forever. So there's also different games for different ages, not only because our abilities change but because of more adult themes.

It's like how it would be weird for a grown adult to play Candy Land, but not so much with Scrabble. Different media, same idea.
