just put an alarm clock to ring every 30min after work to remind you of what you are doing and cut facebook / social media to 15min a day. Most negativity and bad programming comes from big media

My way to never forget this is build-in. It is my back. :)

It steadily reminds of exercising even though i drink ginger tea every day.

I am not into martial arts but i need my stretching sessions otherwise my mood suffers.

Another thing reminding me when i'm sitting for too long is my smart band which i got so used to that i sometimes start stretching just in the moment when it starts vibrating. Definitely worth the 50 € investment.
