Article is based on a lie. The "report" the article mentions reads "Posted in Accidents by Mikhail Voytenko on Jul 23, 2014 at 08:27." but checking Wayback Machine shows the page has only existed for a two days.

Well there you go then. I knew there was something fishy about the article, another case of setting up an enemy.

Too bad the video was deleted, though not surprising. Either the channel got played or the video was legit. (It was color enhanced view of the explosion and seemed to show a missile...)
