That paper literally only looks at the time frames and attributes positive things from mask-wearing. Sounds about what I'm hearing on the media i.e. correlation and speculation.

You're referencing influenza articles. Why not look at studies that are more relevant which use Coronavirus data?

I think there have been studies showing both, and I think there was a meta review which showed marginal benefit. I can see if I can track down the post. I hope it was on saidit not reddit
