He's actually correct. Many of the rich and powerful felt safe around her because she would just take them to a fashion show or underwear shopping and they would all get cocktails later in the evening. Nothing that she did really indicated that she was deliberate and thoughtful; what set her apart was the same thing that set her father apart- pure ruthlessness and fearlessness.

You can kind of see this with her "leak" of her at a restaurant reading a book on CIA killings. It was a stupid ploy that everyone saw through immediately. Not exactly a mark of a calculating genius. I'm sure someone told her that it was a dumb idea but she didn't give a fuck; she's Ghislaine Maxwell and she's infallible and invincible.
