She also procured most of the contacts to get various world leaders to socialize and interact with Epstein who was otherwise fairly unknown compared to Ghislaine Maxwell until the 90s. Connections like with Ehud Barak were definitely procured by Maxwell.

Otherwise, I obviously don't disagree that both individuals were stunningly sloppy and arrogant about their whole operation. Ghislaine did plenty of legwork for her father and managed smaller ventures but you are otherwise correct that she was a mostly inept spoiled socialite. The thing is, she was fearless. She succeeded at many things because she never took any barriers seriously hence why she stayed in the continental United States after Epstein was murdered; she blindly assumed that she was invincible. Facilitating this was her upbringing, compromising material she had on world leaders, and her powerful connections.
