This company has the exclusive publishing license from Biblica, and is owned by newscorp, which is Murdoch's company. Wow, it's true.

Also I find it weird you can "own" an entire version of the bible. I've never considered that before.

since he owns it, he can also edit it.. or maybe even demand that all the other bibles be removed from the market? idk ianal

I think Biblica would have to edit it, or give permission to, because they hold the copyright. I don't think it's been edited since the late 70s but I could be wrong.
