Who TF cares about proof. This isn't even big. The proposal is DOA. What TF does Bill Gates think he's doing with this? This is law enforcement's Wet Dream. If this could have happened it already would have. Screw Sanctuary Counties, entire STATES will refuse to participate. South Dakota wouldn't even close during Covid. You think they'll stand for this?

Bill thinks he can scare us a couple months and kill a few thousand people and suddenly people will just bend over so he can play computer pocket pool with their virtual identities? This man doesn't belong in prison, he belongs in an insane asylum for the DELUSIONAL.

People from all sides of the political spectrum will oppose this on so many different grounds. And implementing this would take 10 years. It would be like herding cats.
