Excellent post, thank you. Connecting with actual Reality is the solution to everything. Reactivity stems from an unharmonious relationship with Reality due to false or limited perception, whereas being aligned with Reality--or comprehensive intelligence-- engenders a spontaneous and beneficial responsiveness.

Of course training in natural awareness requires untraining from years, decades, millennia of indoctrination into false reality. •••••Here's to the whole world waking up awake and aware right now••••••
