It's called res judicata - matter already decided - and there is no wiggle room on the question. Dershowitz didn't say it, the Supreme Court said it.

It's just too bad if you don't like it, but this is exactly why they chose a "virus/vaccine" to be the Trojan Horse that will deliver that fucking microchip into everyone's body. The only way to successfully resist it will be to die BEFORE it is injected. You pick your means of exit, but if you're left alive, you will have the microchip, no ifs, ands, or buts.
