It doesn't matter if he's banging 2 year old kids on the White House lawn on live TV - Dershowitz is 100% correct in saying that we do NOT have a constitutional right to refuse a mandatory injection if that injection is to "prevent the spread of infectious disease". It's called res judicata - matter already decided - and there is no wiggle room on the question. Dershowitz didn't say it, the Supreme Court said it.

It's just too bad if you don't like it, but this is exactly why they chose a "virus/vaccine" to be the Trojan Horse that will deliver that fucking microchip into everyone's body. The only way to successfully resist it will be to die BEFORE it is injected. You pick your means of exit, but if you're left alive, you will have the microchip, no ifs, ands, or buts.

Or maybe the whole thing is a ruse.

Why is there only 1 supreme court? Why can't there be 3 or 12 or more to deal with all the different issues that are backed up in their extremely limited system? Because it's rigged and centralizes the power and the rigging.

The Supreme court has been the minion of corporate lawyers for 150 years. They have ZERO credibility. Law of the jungle is how our Corporation runs.
