It doesn't matter if he's banging 2 year old kids on the White House lawn on live TV - Dershowitz is 100% correct in saying that we do NOT have a constitutional right to refuse a mandatory injection if that injection is to "prevent the spread of infectious disease". It's called res judicata - matter already decided - and there is no wiggle room on the question. Dershowitz didn't say it, the Supreme Court said it.

It's just too bad if you don't like it, but this is exactly why they chose a "virus/vaccine" to be the Trojan Horse that will deliver that fucking microchip into everyone's body. The only way to successfully resist it will be to die BEFORE it is injected. You pick your means of exit, but if you're left alive, you will have the microchip, no ifs, ands, or buts.

Or maybe the whole thing is a ruse.

Where's the case deciding this?

There's always ifs, ands, or buts.

This won't go down so easily.

We are not a nation of laws and never have been, we are a nation of political will and always will be..

He might be right, however my guess is that the fallout and pain will prevent most politicians from enforcing this.

Epstein's good friend Dershowitz is such an odd advocate for this. Why make this guy the talking head to tell everyone about the virtues of vaccines? Its a little absurd. Couldn't believe it when I saw his face pop up in relation to this issue, I still can't stop thinking "really? This guy?".

It's so fucking audacious isn't it? But who else but the "experts" who are in on it? WE know that, but most zombie normie sheeple are utterly oblivious.

I went to the grocery store today and many people knew it was a scam - but they didn't know how. I praised their instincts to give them confidence and filled them in on some stuff and left them urging to turn off the TV propaganda.

This is what is interesting. At least in Canada, it is true that a majority have bought into the hysteria but a lot of people are beginning to pick up on the nonsense. I speak very openly everywhere about my concerns that there is a severe infringement on freedom and civil liberties taking place and I'm surprised by how many people end up being sympathetic to the cause, though it might not be enough. What I fear is passive compliance of these policies. If people don't act on their opposition, their objections won't be heard at all and soon, there will be a violent reaction to any dissent or objections. Its already starting and its best to start objecting now because it is inevitably going to escalate.

I'm in Windsor, Ontario. As Canadians we're perpetually bombarded by Canadian propaganda that openly criticizes the manipulations of the US propaganda and many Canadians feel superior for knowing all of that - yet they rarely examine themselves in depth or stray to far from the official narrative on the important issues.

I profoundly share your fears of mass complicit compliance.

I was asking the girl at the front entrance to the grocery store wiping down the carts and allowing people in who waited in line (so fucking stupid) what they would do with people who don't comply. She said she'd get her manager. I explained it was all a scamdemic and I was tempted to revolt and break the rules everywhere I go, but I'm also not a rude asshole and don't want to cause trouble to normal folks, yet I want to demonstrate that it's all bullshit. If I had made he get her manager and if he got the police and if... it would have made little difference. On one hand I feel like a coward, on the other hand this is my community store - plus walking to the next one would be much worse for me. Pick my battles I guess.

With luck and feedback from SaidIt, maybe my grand story (to be shared in September), might make a little difference. I have to disappear for a few months to write it.

Why is there only 1 supreme court? Why can't there be 3 or 12 or more to deal with all the different issues that are backed up in their extremely limited system? Because it's rigged and centralizes the power and the rigging.

The Supreme court has been the minion of corporate lawyers for 150 years. They have ZERO credibility. Law of the jungle is how our Corporation runs.

That may be the case legally, but as we all know, just because it's the law doesn't mean it's morally right.

So, what are the best ways to fight back against this?

[–]Jesus[S] 3 insightful - 2 fun3 insightful - 1 fun4 insightful - 2 fun -  (6 children)

To know the law. Read COle, Black, Hobbes, and other old law from the 16th, 17th, 18,th, 19th centuries. AFter that teh BAR came in and law is based on fraud and incorporation. Yeshua was quite clear what he thought about lawyers. Pick up Blacks Law 5th edition too.

[–]soundsalad 2 insightful - 2 fun2 insightful - 1 fun3 insightful - 2 fun -  (5 children)

I mean specifically against forced vaccinations, without having to read old law. Any specific recommendations how to successfully argue against it?

[–]Jesus[S] 3 insightful - 2 fun3 insightful - 1 fun4 insightful - 2 fun -  (4 children)

Become a JW, or an Anabaptist. There are religious exemptions. But even in this case they want to get rid of them. The best thing to do though, is to NOT CONTRACT with the corporation. If you can do that to the best of your ability you will not be considered a CITIZEN and you would thus not need to be forcibly injected with a vaccine. You have to pick between convenience of living with the times or living without government handed privilages.

That chip would would create a divided world though. One of technological machinations with the perversion of natural things. And then the other, a group of people who live simple in a tribalism fashion without technologies.

Of course, the elites probably want the simplistic tribal function to prevail since its manageable, so they are steering society towards the technological, in order to sabotage it and purge the user-base according to their prophecies. Would it be too much to ask for people to just opt out of this crap, but I guess they are unaware. Shit's pretty elementary, just give up on the excess technologies and you'll come out of this crisis alright. Quite a journey though, a lot of interesting people doing interesting stuff around these days!

[–]Jesus[S] 5 insightful - 2 fun5 insightful - 1 fun6 insightful - 2 fun -  (2 children)

Huh, they might be pushing society to the brink only to relax their noose. Like sea tides. The 6666 bill and all these interesting coincidences make it seem like a lot of this is being manufactured. Question the savior that comes out of all this. Whether it be a person or a new system.

[–][deleted] 3 insightful - 2 fun3 insightful - 1 fun4 insightful - 2 fun -  (0 children)

Of course, you never stop questioning the system or the savior. You always have to do your own physical/mental work the best you can, but it is unfathomably tragic that they might purge so many people and harm individuals in their quest to retain control. They could probably relax the noose gradually while tightening other things like pushing for civility/nonviolence, instead of pushing for things to the point of purge, genocide or depopulation. I swear, its like the elites are wanting repeat the mistakes of history instead of learning or moving away from it.

And that might make them... not so elite. HUEHUEHUEdon't taze me bro

Oooo! A new system. My epic story (coming in September) will feature one. I'll have to disappear for a few months though.

You don't need a constitutional right. You have the Nuremberg Code: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nuremberg_Code#The_ten_points_of_the_Nuremberg_Code

There are like Chinese communities or Korean communities in many countries, and generally they are after their own business. Jews and Zionists in every country seem to be very passionate into interfering and demanding mass immigration or mandatory vaccines or whatever.

I hope one day they realize that this behavior is not to their benefit and only makes people hate them.

Oh they already know it. It makes them victim-supremacists.

If they think I'm letting any of them forcibly inject me they've lost their damn minds. Locked and loaded.
