I would like to see if Biden winning in no paper trail elections is outside the stand. dev. of him winning where there was records?

I'm guessing, it's about three standard deviations from the mean. In other words, damn little chance. Let Diebold make your dreams come true. Those Diebold machines can be reset from any node.
