Well, I thank you for making it available in convenient pdf form.

Would it be okay to take quotes from your handy-work making sure to source your website?

And what is your take on federalsim. There are many people today either proclaiming we need to reinstate federalsim of old times or that the current State actions to combat Corona Virus are indeed a old time form of federalsim. The latter seems quite laughable to me, considering that all the governors are doing is using the police and military to destroy the economy. They are acting as the Federal Governments executive minions and contingency. Such for Jeffersonian Federalism.

What a wealth of information. So, today's Republicans and Democrats are basically Hamiltonian Latitudinarian Constructionists. I do not see any representative, for what ever party he or she represents uphold the constitution in any way, shape or form.

As for the mis-interpretation of Federalsim; the corporate media stated that during the Corona-Virus "pandemic" state rights have triumphed over the Federal government and that it was now the purpose of the state to think creatively on how to prevent the spread of the Virus and conjure up the needed supplies.

The state executives are just the minions of the Federal Government's executive branch, but the media wanted to somehow connect Federalism with Soverign states doing whatever they want, even in opposition to the Federal Government.
