The answer is Biden. Biden works for a corporation which is the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA &c. He works for members within that corproation located in the DISTRCT OF COLUMBIA.

1871 Act DID NOT make the United States a magically new "Corporation".

"Reconstruction" and the LEGAL TENDER bullocks created by Frankfurt Jews was reconstruction of the EXISTING CORPORATION.

United States is legally a Federal Corporation. Or an instrument of that incorporation. It is that simple. Vote away and make a contract.
