Today I learned that Heather O'Rourke, the little girl from Steven Spielberg's "Poltergeist", officially died of "infection caused by a ruptured bowel" after filming Poltergeist III. Again, she died of rectal trauma at the ripe old age of 12. Spielberg flew on Epstein's jet.

She died from cardiac arrest and septic shock caused by an intestinal stenosis, the latter could have been caused by a host of different malignancies.

Despite my distaste for Spielberg and his propaganda films, I don't think she was raped.

Agreed, except the last part.

Chronic constipation, possibly medically induced, or worse things - we can't ever know what happened, but I wouldn't count him in or out without more evidence. There's more to the story.

Spielberg is certainly no stranger to stretching and twisting the truth for his propaganda.
