The "radiologist" with the CT scan X-ray, is wearing a protective suit that appears to say:

Fort acting inc.

Also, radiologist don't work in hallways, or diagnose on the fly.

Modern radiologist don't often print scans, cause you can't zoom in on an image.

We can see the empty shoes in the background, and we have the purple print on the envelope, purple flowers on the ceiling.

The scene is completely staged. So, we can probably assume that NatGeo wanted someone to notice the "Fort acting inc." logo.

The second picture is an emotional appeal image. I didn't see much.

This shit is fake AF.

At first glance I thought the "radiologist" was a dark-skinned round eye.
He's probably All-American. ;-)
