Rahm was probably one of a number of actual shot-callers. Clinton was another (for foreign policy at least).

I don't know about the second term. Probably Biden, as they tried to position him for the 2020 run.

Barry had probably given up on any notion of leadership by then.

not sure but yeah barry definitely was just for public relations. Giving speeches and such. Trump is like that too to be fair. Jared Kushner in charge. The chief of staff is usually the mossad handler. Hillary had Huma running things, who was married to that guy Weiner. They tried setting up Weiner as mayor of NYC, kind of like Rahm but well he was into pizzas. Having Huma in charge of the state department, all they did was try to help Al Qaeda and ISIS. Of course Israel was fine with that.

The name could be a coincidence but it's known saudi arabia supports them, and since Israel supports Saudi Arabia, you can easily say israel supports ISIS.

It's not. US Intel called Isreal Intel that in the 90s.
