No source is giving for the Pope saying this and I cannot find a direct quote from a primary source, do you have one? And I do not doubt that the Pope advocated for a one world government. The article mentions Avro. He argues in his books,

I see two fronts at this point. A Vatican controlled NWO, not of real Christianity but of a new age religion or simply, secularism, with a utilitarian, subtle collectivization agenda or a Jewish theocracy run out of Jerusalem by Zionists, which is often promoted by Zionists.
