There is a Middle Eastern nation that is in control of a vast, undeclared stockpile of nuclear weapons. This nation does have the capability of deploying those weapons anywhere in the region. I guessed Israel right away.

Also, we gave Iran the building and fissile materials for its first reactor in 1979, I believe - which never gets mentioned.
