Instead of making my thoughts an actual Post, I'll just summarize them here: I've been a casual observer of Pacific typhoons for many years. As we are nearing the end of the 2019 typhoon season, I have a completely anecdotal observation: The past three Pacific typhoons of this season have followed the same course. That is, they approach Japan near the Kyushu-Shikoku area but remain mostly out at sea. Then they turn directly toward Tokyo and in those last three cases they in fact did hit Tokyo. There is another small Typhoon coming into the Kyushu-Shikoku area right now and, yes, at least at present it is making a beeline for Tokyo. If this situation is "natural" it is one helluva coincidence, well a string of coincidences since typhoons rarely hit the Tokyo area anyway.

Even more speculation:

Next year Tokyo will host the Olympics with many visitors expected. The opening ceremony is smack dab in the middle of typhoon season.

Whether HAARP can be used to direct hurricanes and typhoons is controversial but I am becoming a believer (based on the above info and the paths of two recent hurricanes that hit Houston, Texas).

Which countries might have the motive and means to control these storms and is a massive storm going to hit the Tokyo area during next year's Olympics?
