Good advice - Everything is manageable except the phone. i would love to have a non google, non apple smart phone. I know there are options.

I only register bs with my googol account.

E Mail (containing important stuff) wise, I backed away from googol over five years ago.

When they started to display ads obviously derived from keywords contained in the mails I read on my phone.

This tingled my spidey-sense a little bit too much.

Zoho is good. They're based out of India, pretty private. Good customer service.
