My suggestion is that those of us who are in a position to hire people (e.g., if you work as a manager at a business) don't hire people with university degrees.

I've started doing exactly that. In my position, as long as you have basic math skills there is literally nothing we can't train you to do. And I will go out of my way to avoid the woke-infected, I certainly don't want them in my office.
