This censorship was done by the Gaurdian not "transphobes".

They did it because the original question referred to the WiSpa incident as a hoax which then turned out to be real.

They asked the interviewer if they could insert a note to point out we now know it was real and they refused so the Guardian then had to remove the whole question and answer or get sued for lying.
