I agree the meta is the most interesting part of this. The big reveal is that the power moderators are in collusion with (paid by?) actors much higher in the food chain. It's clear r/nnn was shut down precisely because it was documenting the absurdity and the obvious totalitarianism. There is no way that r/nnn could organically be more upsetting than all the other filth that routinely gets a pass on Reddit.

I realize that most of us have suspected this for a long time, but this episode pretty much confirms it.
