That's been the case for the past two years dude. Sometimes youtube holds it for approval, but anyone who's been a Youtuber knows that there's a keyword blacklist where comments simply won't show up and there's nothing the uploader can do about it.

Try uploading a video and leaving a comment. You'll notice the comment appears in your notifications but not on your video. Because Youtube has shadowbanned that comment for using a bad word.
