It was an error. Contrary to what people love to believe, Twitter doesn't have a warehouse full of people combing over posts and banning conservatives. Posts are reported multiple times by the "offended" drawing attention by Twitter. There a decision is made by a few. If people reported Liberals for the fucked up things they said, they'd get in trouble too. But, sane people see that stuff say "that's fucked up", shrug, and move on.
