I absolutely agree the specifics are technically incorrect.

But I do like the (literally) underlying message that we are all humans. Would be better illustrated with, "we all bleed red", or something to that effect.

Sure we all "bleed red" but DNA collected from WBCs can very clearly and precisely identify your sex and your ancestry, and within some margin of error your age and certain aspects of your current health status. All of this (except maybe the last point on current health status) is well substantiated in the scientific literature and not open to interpretation by social activists, try though they may.

Though the message originated with good intentions there is no denying the harm it does when it becomes an undeniable truth that is used to attack actual truth. This is a common theme with all woke claims.

White lies are only good until they cause harm. That is something the woke dont seem to understand.

mice bleed red too. the idea that we are all one species, well. The rhesus factor is a signficant indication that we are speciating (becoming incompatible)
