to create best practices for containing online harassment, which disproportionately affects women and young people

Wait wait wait. Who's harassing the young people, boomers?

Funniest observation I've seen in a while.

Also, young women engage in cyberbullying more than any other demographic. Johnathan Haidt went off a lot on it when he was on Joe Rogan.

Yup. I think 20-35 year old women on Twitter are the snarkiest most insidious people out there.

People think being sarcastic non-stop is funny.

That's SUCH a brilliant observation. You really ARE a genius.

Fucking moron.

Throw in some needless vulgarity and you'd be spot on.

Fixed it for you.

The statement says that it affects those groups, not that they are victims.

Well I think they're typically the victims and the aggressors. Mostly it's just funny to imagine a trend of boomers harassing children online.

That is some funny imagery. ;]

Either way... its clearly what was meant by that statement. Its just a shady way of saying they're planning on unconstitutionally bringing the power of the state to bear on the type of programs that are already being ran on major social media platforms like Google, Twitter and Facebag.

Sadly, the actual answer to stop giving personal info out online will never come up.

The first rule of the internet.

Despite being 13% of the population boomers make up 56% of cyber bullying.
