this was purely a fiscal decision-The people who watch that channel are 10 yrs old, and dont spend money- why should YT pay him?

They are the target audience. Advertisers want to implant brand loyalty. Propagandists want to implant party loyalty. Kids don't have fully developed brains and can't tell bullshit from truth. He has the most sought after demographic. They are sabotaging him because he does not push their ideology, nothing more and nothing less.
