A lot of people feel alienated by a lot of things at work but we do our job and ignore the bullshit. Quit being a gigantic fucking pussy would be my recommendation to you. Did they stop teaching the old stick and stones stuff in grade school?

These people aren't normal. They are full blown delusional narcissists. They can't be reasoned with. Companies are going to need different ways of dealing with them or avoid employing them all together, which will mean even more calls of oppression.
