Man, it's a good thing that I don't give a fuck about what Melinda Gates thinks.

You should. They are one of the richest families and have a lot of power.

Naw, the people who are really in charge are simply using Trump, Soros, And Gates (and those like them) as proxies. I doubt anybody knows who they really are, but we can surely figure it out by studying their puppets. Gates is a puppet, so is Trump and Obama and all those fucks.

And for some obscure reason Melinda Gates became a relevant person...

When you're the husband of someone who has $150B, wear an upside-down cross and mainline Luciferase, it gives you a certain amount of pull.

A certain amount of public clout, sure, but she's got her own handlers, just like trump and everyone else in the establishment. They are just useful idiots.

These companies are publishers who pretend they aren't to get round the hate speech and other censorship laws we all have to live under. In most cases they actually support these laws and fund the politicians who push them. If they get taken out by those same laws, which will happen because they do very much edit the content posted, then no tears from me.

I always wondered why he didn't pick a more attractive wife.

People are attracted to those who look like themselves.

How the fuck could anyone think censorship of ideas is a good thing? Yeah there’s some garbage ideas out there but what the fuck are people going to think when they’re being silenced? It reenforces them.

You think she wouldn’t be this retarded... surely your intention to control a narrative could be a touch more clever.

Every single billionaire should receive a billionaire tax sufficient to reduce them to millionaire status.

[–]wecandobetter 3 insightful - 2 fun3 insightful - 1 fun4 insightful - 2 fun -  (4 children)

Why?

[–][deleted] 2 insightful - 3 fun2 insightful - 2 fun3 insightful - 3 fun -  (3 children)

if they have too much money they use it to bribe politicians into making the system unfair

[–][deleted] 2 insightful - 3 fun2 insightful - 2 fun3 insightful - 3 fun -  (2 children)

Yes, as someone who was heavily involved in local politics, you are right. Millionaires play the local scene, and some are trustworthy. Billionaires hire proxies for the state/federal scene, and none of them are trustworthy. Money runs the game folks.

[–]wecandobetter 1 insightful - 1 fun1 insightful - 0 fun2 insightful - 1 fun -  (1 child)

It always has. But I must say this...I actually somewhat prefer that the world be run by a shadowy kabal of billionaires with a long term vested interest in peace and stability than by a series of volatile, ego-driven politicians with a timeline vantagepoint of no more than 8 years.

[–][deleted] 3 insightful - 2 fun3 insightful - 1 fun4 insightful - 2 fun -  (0 children)

Peace and stability? For them, and any who are willing to be repugnant with them.

Another one who thinks the likes of Bill Gates just has billions of dollars sat in a bank account somewhere.
