So i previously used that service to upload documents (odt or pdf) but suddently without warning all my documents had been deleted.

I changed password even though the old one was perfectly secure, still documents i uploaded kept getting deleted.

So for a test i uploaded a document with the content "windows 10, linux, mac os" and it still got deleted meaning they have set it to automatically delete any document i upload after some time.

There seems to be a trend in instead of actually giving someone a message that they have been suspended they get shadowbanned. I also had 3 of 4 uploads to scribd removed from public view but i never got any message there about it, you need to paste the link into another browser for that.

Unfortunatily i have not been able to find any good service to share ODT files such that they will be viewable online but there are plenty of other options for sharing pdf files.
