There was also a massive fire at a warehouse storing explosive fertilizer.

Explosives go bang.

The explosion was clearly a detonation and fire does not set off a detonation. "Fertilizer" bombs are actually ANFO and diesel fuel mixed together and detonated by a primer. I am not an explosives expert, but I know enough to know you have no idea what you are talking about. The shear size of the explosion points to it being intentional.

What part of fire does not set off a detonation do you not understand?
