Why I like saidit. It doesn't have downvotes, and that is pro free-speech. When you have downvotes that discourages people from speaking up. We don't need downvotes. If someone says something dumb here, then it just won't rise up, and that's enough. There doesn't need to be double punishment.

I get why people might feel that way, but personally I guess it never bothered me. I didn't use the site to get internet points so the idea of losing them didn't bother me.
