Why I like saidit. It doesn't have downvotes, and that is pro free-speech. When you have downvotes that discourages people from speaking up. We don't need downvotes. If someone says something dumb here, then it just won't rise up, and that's enough. There doesn't need to be double punishment.

Exactly. I couldn't agree more. Hiding responses serves no good purpose and only discourages unpopular speech. If something is crappy or uninformative, just ignore it and let it sit at the bottom.
