I got this through the mail this week, I think this trick my work with other alt media URLs as well:
Brighteon Update:
As you are probably aware, the tech giants threatened Brighteon with being blacklisted if we didn't start censoring our own users on topics like covid-19 and vaccines. Since we refused to censor our users, platforms like Facebook and Twitter have made it impossible to share Brighteon.com video links on their platforms.
Yes, they've banned an entire competing platform. This is the most egregious, criminal anti-trust action we've seen yet from the evil tech giants, and it shows you how desperate they are to control the narrative on masks, vaccines and the pandemic.
Fortunately, we've built a workaround that you can use for a while, until they ban this workaround (after which we'll have another).
Take any video URL from Brighteon such as this:
https://www.brighteon.com/edfe5ec3-104f-4251-96db-162021bcdfa8
And change the "i" in Brighteon to the letter "L" (but make it lowercase like "l"). Here's the same link after the replacement:
https://www.brlghteon.com/edfe5ec3-104f-4251-96db-162021bcdfa8
This new link will currently work as a sharable link on platforms that ban Brighteon.com, since the new URL is not the brighteon.com domain.
This new link is generated within roughly about an hour after your original video goes live.
This strategy will only work for a little while, as the evil tech giants will soon catch on to this and ban the new URL. Naturally, we will roll out new domain names to continue to give you options to bypass the censorship of the tech giants.
It's also a good idea to migrate to alt-tech platforms such as Parler.com and Spreely.com, where you can freely share Brighteon.com links without censorship.

bTW, I have never heard of Spreely before, does anyone here use it and is it any good?
there doesn't seem to be anything here
