Most likely similiar to BlackPeopleTwitter, they get users to send the moderators a picture of their arm with their username so as to prove they are black, and then they add flairs to these "verified" users. Then they probably make it so that only black people can post, or make it easier for others to block out any dissenting opinion. Not sure if that's the case, but it's likely. Anyone without the flair and offering a different perspective, is probably just a "whitey", "grey", "unseasoned", etc... and because black people can't be racist, it's permitted :))))
