there are 20 million reasons using pinyin on an official document is retarded. For starters pinyin is not a language and it's not official anywhere. Trump being Trump should have used Wade-Giles if they wanted it so much since Taiwan is an ally and the system they use there, bonus points for using the WW2 script.

And even if it did, what entity owns Tencent? Tencent Holdings Ltd HK. HK entities don't use pinyin names, I know because I have a company there. The only place you see the pinyin is on fucking Wikipedia.
