It hurts. I still miss my fluffy tuxedo cat Mushu and it's been three years. I miss his loud purrs, his drooling on my hand and his intense head butt after a cuddling session. Cats rule.

How old was Mushu? I don't mean to sound cold, but when you care for a cat in the end stage of life it can be a relief for them to pass. Peaches needed custom food made from chicken breast and liver. Cooking for a cat was a pain in the ass. And they miss the litter box.

We got him from someone when he was about 2 years old and had him for about 10 years. He had cancer and was going blind. It still makes me teary-eyed. He was loved and spoiled and had a good life so there's that. R.I.P to our beloved friends Peaches and Mushu, priceless companions.
