Teacher shortage has staff across Canada working 'in survival mode'(cbc.ca)
According to Nathalie Reid, director of the Child Trauma Research Centre at the University of Regina, the shortage is so bad that there has been a "dramatic increase in the inclusion of non-certified or non-qualified teachers" in classrooms across Canada.
That's not a problem one bit. The old hens are trying to gatekeep the education propaganda machine and they don't want to be shown up by randos off the street.
The problem is they might just be woke drones who failed arithmetic.
