He did tag BBC though, I wonder if Elon maybe has never heard of CBC, doesn't seem like he would be fan

Elon lived in Canada for his teenage years. He knows full well what the CBC is.

However, I suspect he has a big soft spot still for Canada. After all, it seems like too much of a coincidence that all three of the mothers of his children are Canadians.

Yeah IDK, hfx made a good point about Elon probably being aware of what the CBC is, but this just seems like an oversight rather than a conspiracy. I am no Elon fanboy, but I see no logical reason why he would favor the CBC while taking shots at NPR and the BBC, when all three essentially print the same thing

If anything, I'd guess that it was targeted NPR, not favouring CBC. I'm sure there are hundreds if not thousands of state-funded and state-affiliated corporate media outlets worldwide. I doubt Elon has made a complete list to enact. Perhaps his minions have. I can only hope.
