This doesn't have anything to do with the UN. See the labels on those vehicles? INKAS® Armored Vehicle Manufacturing. Their headquarters is in North York, Ontario. Same as where this video was recorded.

Even if they were UN vehicles, Canada's a member of the UN. Member states will paint their own vehicles when they go on deployment under the UN flag. I remember seeing Canadian military vehicles on train beds being sent to the port here in Halifax with white paint and UN markings en route to probably Cyprus, back in the day...
