Hey, Québec just went Green zone, all of it. What about you guys?

I don't know what that means. I know there's a "Green Zone" or something like that encircling Toronto. First time I've thought about that and Agenda 2030.

Well here they have Green, Yellow and Red COVID-1984 zones. In the strictest phase of the lockdown, people could not leave red zones.

Yeah they've only reduced the hysteria level. Here the mask was mandatory (well it still is, actually) with pretty much zero wiggle room.
