What a bizarre read. Do they really think something like this could pass? I mean, in #2 they mention how people will be split between living it up in the cities and being discontent in the suburbs. It sounds like they are planning for people to be discontent and reactionary.

the sustainability 2030 agenda is pretty clear on clearing out the regions and packing people into new smart cities. 30m2 apartments, state owned children, no ownership, no cars.
